Gallery: IMSA tunes Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4GTV with Widebody Kit

The German tuners from IMSA are known for their brilliant handcrafted styling work and have just revealed their newest aero kit for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4.

Each of the kit's pieces are meticulously built out of carbon fiber and blend together beautifully to create a more distinctive and aggressive Gallardo. A height adjustable coilover suspension and massive 20-inch forged central lock wheels round off the exterior bits with 9Jx20 with 245/30 ZR20 rubber up front and 12.5Jx20 with 325/25 ZR20 tires at the rear. Power has also been boosted with a revised exhaust system that's said to bump the V-10's output to 582 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque - up from the a European OEM spec of 560 hp and 398 lb-ft.

The body kit contains new front and rear aprons, front and rear fender flares, side skirts and a new rear wing. The company decided to use the same central-locking wheels found on vehicles in the IMSA Challenge. While hitting 60 mph in the 3.0-sec. range, passengers are held tight by the carbon fiber racing seats. Additional Alcantara, leather, and carbon fiber bits are also included inside.
